We have particular expertise carrying out projects in busy urban areas throughout Scotland and have extensive experience liaising with Building Control, the Highways Department, and other statutory bodies on traffic management and any sub-services that may complicate the project. This painstaking approach to preparation and communications not only helps to reduce risk but also facilitates the timely completion of the project.

Demolition teams are skilled in all the latest demolition and recycling techniques and have access to an extensive range of modern plant and equipment which ensures that there are few delays caused by third party suppliers. They are carefully briefed and issued with clear, client-approved method statements, Health and Safety Executive and environmental policy documents to ensure they respond safely and effectively to any eventualities. Our experienced project managers take a meticulous approach to organisation, communication and site supervision to ensure that the Health & Safety, Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM regulations) and Environmental regulations are properly implemented at every stage of the project.

During demolition Reigart separates all debris for recycling. We operate our own breaking, crushing and screening plant to recycle aggregate materials for redevelopment, either on-site or at one of our own recycling centres.

For clients whose sites may be in continuous use, we provide a specially tailored out-of-hours service.
